Aktuell sind die Gym’s wieder total überlaufen und dadurch ist ein zielorientiertes Training kaum möglich. 

Es besteht aber die Möglichkeit, raus aus dem Gym und im 1:1 Personal Training zu trainieren. Ob PT Raum oder Outdoor Training, wird je nach Wetterlage entschieden!
